Cost - For
the use of the cottage, a $25 per night donation is suggested. |

Maintenance - In
an effort to keep costs to a minimum, housekeeping
and linens are not provided. The
facility must be left clean and orderly before
departure. Thank you for your assistance
in keeping this home at its best! [cleaning
supplies provided] |

Capacity - The
current cottage at Bethany is best suited to
four occupants, but can accommodate a maximum
of six with prior approval. We ask that
you please give us a list of the names and addresses
of each guest when scheduling. |

Pets - We
are pet lovers ourselves - but ask that you
please leave yours in good care at home. This
helps us to better maintain our facility. Thank you for your
understanding. |

Smoking - This
is a smoke-free facility. Thank you for not using
cigarettes, pipes or cigars of any kind. |
 |
References required -
First time guests will need to
provide a written request
for the use of the facility at least one month prior
to the desired date of arrival. This request must be
from your church, missions organization or other ministry
referring agency. Please include your phone number,
address and e-mail, if available. |
 |
Cancellation policy -
We ask that you please give at
least two weeks notice
if you must cancel. This will allow us to offer that
date to another individual and help us make full use
of the facilities. |
 |
Available season - This
facility is available for use during the months of May through
October. It will not be open during winter months. |
